The sub-area is about 9.2 hectares wide, with a construction density of about 20.9%, including 56 detached houses and 68 semi-detached houses, with the participation of SCSY Studio (architecture consultant) and Element Design Studio (landscape consultant).
During the design process, SCSY Studio (Singapore) - a unit that participated in the development of Four Seasons Okinawa and Fairmont Maldives, chose an approach based on the available features of the terrain. The architects arranged the villas in 4 floors of height, stretching from 38 m to 75 m, thereby forming a multi-layered space system and expanding the view to the lake and surrounding mountains.
The valley terrain is not only the context, but also shapes the language of materials, light and spatial structure," shared a representative of SCSY Studio. Accordingly, the natural curves of the slope are retained, combined with planning to create a connection between the project and the surrounding landscape.

The project pursues contemporary architectural style with coherent shapes and minimalist lines. The architectural language aims to balance aesthetics and functionality, while also being suitable for the terrain context.
Connection with the environment continues to be shown through the choice of materials. Natural granite, wood and high-quality finishing materials contribute to creating harmony with the landscape, while the Double Low-E box glass system supports heat control, lighting and widening visibility.
Thanks to the advantage of height and wide porch design, the villas can face views of Thieu Quang Lake and Tam Dao range. The interior space is organized in an open direction, with a floor clearance of up to 8 m, helping to increase the ability to receive light and natural ventilation. Functional areas are directly connected to the garden or internal walkway. In addition, the detached villa line integrates a private swimming pool and a relaxation floor of more than 117 m2.
In parallel with architecture, the landscape system of Lakeside Residences is planned on an area of about 3.3 hectares implemented by Element Design Studio (Singapore). This unit has participated in projects such as Regent Phu Quoc or InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort, prioritizing the preservation of existing ecosystems and spatial development according to high-class resort standards.
Outdoor areas are organized in many height layers, forming different functional sub-areas. Prominent is Flowers Park by the lake - an outdoor common living space, where the four-season flower hill of about 1.4 hectares retains its natural height, contributing to maintaining the ecological characteristics of the area.
Adjacently, Thieu Quang Lake, 4.5 hectares wide, plays a role in microclimate regulation and creates a focal point for the central landscape. Next to the lake, amenities such as a sports field, off-road playground and BBQ area are arranged to meet the diverse living needs of residents.
Adding to the experience at the Lakeside Residences twin villas, the Tranquil Walk theme walking system passes through existing twin villa clusters and pine forests, creating continuous routes but still maintaining privacy. Along the route, theme gardens such as Wabi-sabi, bamboo garden and Koi pond play a stopping point, bringing a relaxing experience.

Lakeside Residences is also adjacent to the Country Club by InterContinental Thanh Xuan Valley Resort complex, allowing residents to access utility systems according to the resort model. This contributes to completing the living ecosystem, where natural elements, architecture and services are developed in parallel.
Representatives of the development unit said that The Lake Collection aims to build a living environment associated with nature, while ensuring privacy and diverse experiences for residents in the long term.
