At about 12:50 pm on March 26, the Command Information Center - Hanoi City Police received a report about a young man being trapped in a cargo elevator while working at a building on Tran Dai Nghia street (Bach Mai ward).
Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Team No. 9 (Fire and Rescue Police Department, Hanoi City Police) dispatched 12 officers and soldiers along with 2 specialized vehicles to the scene.
In which, the main force is cadres and soldiers of base 2 of the Team stationed at E7 Ta Quang Buu street (Bach Mai ward).
At the scene, functional forces determined that the victim was trapped in a cargo elevator, a potentially life-threatening situation. Officers and soldiers quickly deployed specialized rescue equipment, proceeded to prop up components and approached, bringing the victim out safely.
Only about 15 minutes after arriving, the rescue force successfully rescued the young man. The victim was slightly injured and was handed over to the medical force for first aid.

Previously, forces and vehicles of facility 2 - Fire and Rescue Team Area 9 also promptly participated in firefighting and rescue at the house fire at No. 3, alley 218 Linh Nam (Hoang Mai ward) on March 24, contributing to limiting damage.
