Thus, after the event on June 26, 2026, MB officially signed a cooperation agreement with 33 local tax authorities - where MB's branch is located.

The signing ceremony was organized in a direct form combined with online form with the participation of MB leaders, the Tax Department and representatives of 20 tax authorities in key provinces and cities. The agreement aims to connect smoothly between bank accounts and electronic tax platforms, promote non-cash payments, improve transparency in business operations and support taxpayers to fulfill tax obligations conveniently and safely.
The event marks a shift from the traditional tax collection coordination model to a financial ecosystem - comprehensive digital tax, with taxpayers as the center and digital transformation as the foundation.

When digital transformation becomes a mandatory requirement
Decree 68/2026/ND-CP and new regulations of the Law on Tax Administration, effective from July 1, 2026, set out requirements for transparency of cash flow, electronic invoices and digitization of tax management for business households and enterprises.
In that context, MB proactively builds cooperation agreements with tax authorities at all levels to promote electronic tax payment, strengthen data connection between banks and tax authorities to compare and verify tax obligations in real time.
Through a wide network and digital banking platform, MB will coordinate to guide businesses, households and individual businesses to use electronic tax services, open payment accounts and access appropriate financial solutions.
Improving cooperation efficiency with differentiated strategies
The cooperation program between MB and the Tax Department aims to accompany taxpayers throughout their life cycle, from business registration, declaration, tax payment to accessing credit based on tax compliance history.

At the signing ceremony, MB introduced three pillars of cooperation.
supporting business establishment consulting on the BIZ MBBank platform with incentives on establishment costs, digital signatures and electronic invoices.
coordinate communication, training, dissemination of tax policies, and at the same time support businesses to improve management capacity and compliance with tax laws.
automatic credit issuance to SMEs based on electronic invoice data and tax compliance history. MB plans to grant an unsecured credit limit of up to 5 billion VND, with maximum disbursement within two working days; the entire process is carried out online on BIZ MBBank.
These three pillars form a closed ecosystem, helping businesses to be more transparent about finance, have more convenient access to capital, thereby improving business efficiency and contributing sustainable revenue to the budget.
MB Seller – Digital solution set to help business households and individual businesses feel secure
At the event, MB also introduced the MB Seller solution set for households and individual businesses with the message "Safe trading".
The solution set includes 5 pillars: Revenue and expenditure security, Management security, Tax security, Capital security and Profit security. In which, MB provides accounts specifically for business households, free payment speakers, free sales software and revenue and cash flow management tools.
