On December 10, 2024, PepsiCo Foods Vietnam's annual community program renovated 2 classrooms, built 150m of fence and equipped 50 computers for Phan Boi Chau Primary School (Ea Drong, Cu M'gar, Dak Lak). Thanks to that, 136 students, 100% of whom are ethnic minorities, have the opportunity to learn about computers more practically and safely on campus.

It is estimated that PepsiCo Foods Vietnam has invested more than VND500 million in this project, giving away 10 gifts to excellent students, 300 books and organizing many meaningful recreational activities. This is the 10th consecutive year that the company has organized community activities in the Central Highlands, a key potato material area with more than 1,500 farming households participating each year.

In addition to practical community programs, PepsiCo has also supported farmers through a green agriculture program to grow sustainable potatoes since 2008. Farmers are provided with seeds, advanced farming techniques - adapting to climate change, and guaranteed output, helping to produce 35,000 tons of potatoes on 1,500 hectares, ensuring sustainable livelihoods and stable incomes in addition to health safety for themselves, their families and the surrounding environment.

According to Mr. Nguyen Kim Hanh, Director of Agriculture of PepsiCo Food Vietnam, PepsiCo always accompanies the local community, contributing to socio-economic development, bringing sustainable development to the community on the 30th anniversary of its presence in Vietnam in 2024.
