The program is organized completely free of charge (no tickets sold) by the Department of Culture and Sports, in coordination with relevant units to monitor and inspect the organization.
Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Director of Lao Cai Province's Department of Culture and Sports Dinh Minh Ha said: "The organizing committee has called on singers and musicians to come and organize a show to support people in the Lao Cai flood-hit area. All donations will be transferred directly to the account of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province."
The Revival art program consists of 3 chapters: Millions of hearts speak up; Revival; Sharing love, a brighter tomorrow. Each chapter is a special song, dance, and music performance about love for the homeland and country, praising the tradition of "mutual love", the spirit of solidarity, creating the strength of Vietnam.
The program has the participation of many famous artists: Tung Duong, Hoa Minzy, Quang Ha, Khac Viet, actor Do Duy Nam... with the support of artists and actors of Lao Cai Province's Ethnic Arts Troupe and Lao Cai College.
Also within the framework of the program, an auction of paintings and sculptures took place to raise money to support people in flood-affected areas. Philanthropists gave many gifts and presented house donation symbols to households that suffered human and housing losses in the flood-affected areas. The total amount of money raised by the program was nearly 2.4 billion VND.
