Auctioned assets: All construction items, synchronous machinery and equipment and means of transport of the Clean Egg Factory (Currently stopped operating) were built on a total land area of 408,627.5m2 of other agricultural land in 02 Land Use Right Certificates granted by the People's Committee of Phu Tho province for land lease for a term of 49 years (from February 5, 2016 to February 5, 2065) in the form of annual land lease payment to implement the Clean Egg Factory project in Area 1, Te Le commune, Tam Nong district, Phu Tho province.
4. Origin and legal status: The assets subject to enforcement are auctioned according to the decisions of the People's Court of Tam Nong district, Phu Tho province, the Record of attachment and other documents of the civil enforcement agency of Tam Nong district, Phu Tho province.

10. Conditions for participating in the auction: Organizations and individuals are allowed to participate in the asset auction when they meet the following conditions:
- Meet the conditions for registration to participate in the auction as prescribed in Article 38 of the Law on Property Auction 2016;
- Meet the conditions for purchasing assets attached to land leased by the State, collecting annual land rent according to Clause 2, Article 189 of the 2013 Land Law, conditions for leasing land to implement investment projects according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 58 of the 2013 Land Law, and be assessed by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment as eligible to lease land to implement investment projects according to the provisions of Decree 43/2014/ND-CP dated May 15, 2014 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Land Law, Decree No. 148/2020/ND-CP dated December 18, 2020 amending and supplementing a number of Decrees guiding the Land Law.
- Meet other conditions for registration to participate in the auction as prescribed by relevant laws (if any).
