Expensive experience from a multi-generational "nurturing journey
Mr. Duy Anh's family (35 years old, Ho Chi Minh City) is planning a special trip. Not a vacation in a remote place, nor a familiar entertainment activity, but participating together in the "Green Family Walk" Walking Tournament in Can Gio.
My parents are old and very diligent in exercising outdoors to maintain their health. As for young children, they need natural space to explore. When I learned about this walking race, I immediately thought this was a rare opportunity for the whole family to do something truly meaningful together," Mr. Duy Anh shared.
Taking place on April 19, the "Green Family Walk" Walking Tournament will bring an inspiring experience journey on the sea-facing road at Vinhomes Green Paradise. On the way to the organizing area, athletes will "cross" Can Gio mangrove forest - the precious "green lung" of the city - where the fresh, oxygen-rich air helps purify the body, enhance breathing and regenerate energy. Not only is it a physical activity, the journey also opens up opportunities for each family to immerse themselves in nature, reduce stress and nurture a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
According to the organizers, the race is expected to attract about 1,000 participants with two distances: 2km "Walking in peace" for the elderly and their families and 3.04km "Sustainable health" to celebrate the country's reunification day on April 30.
Studies have proven that the benefits that walking brings to health are not small. According to the World Health Organization, maintaining 30 minutes of brisk walking each day, at least 5 days/week, helps significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and some types of cancer. Research published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine also shows that elderly people who walk regularly reduce the risk of premature death by up to 22%, while improving balance and reducing the risk of falls.
However, the effectiveness of exercise not only depends on the duration but is also determined by the environment. Walking in a green space, fresh air like Can Gio, helps significantly increase health benefits compared to polluted inner-city areas.
Moreover, the event is designed as a multi-layered experience journey. "Green Living - Healthy Living" stations provide free blood pressure and cardiovascular check-up services, along with workshops such as "New Horizon Golden Generation", "Green Living Every Day" providing knowledge about nutrition, sustainable exercise and creative activities. This is a space for each member to "slow down", regenerate energy and find a sense of relaxation in the stressful urban rhythm.
At the same time, the footsteps accompanying each other on the same road, the moments of resting, chatting or completing challenges together are the way families rebuild their bonding.
New healthy living paradise of Ho Chi Minh City
Can Gio - only 13 minutes from the center of Ho Chi Minh City in the future, is currently a rare area that still preserves a large-scale natural ecosystem. This place is likened to the green lungs of the city when it owns a world biosphere reserve of 75,000 hectares. The mangrove ecosystem has the ability to absorb CO2, retain fine dust and regulate air humidity, helping Can Gio always maintain a temperature 2-3 degrees Celsius lower than the central area.

Compared to the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City, where at many times the PM2.5 fine dust concentration exceeds the WHO recommendation, Can Gio is considered the area with the best air quality in the city.
Research published on Nature.com, conducted with more than 16,000 people in 18 countries, shows that living near green spaces or coastlines helps increase levels of happiness, while helping people feel less stressed and have a more positive spirit. Even cities with high green tree density, high water surfaces and a fresh microclimate help extend people's average lifespan from 5-7 years compared to traditional cities with high rates of concretization and high levels of pollution.

Surrounded by the "green lungs" of Can Gio, Vinhomes Green Paradise is a "healthy living paradise" for multi-generational families. The super-urban area is developed according to the ESG++ model, integrating many international-class amenities, creating a comfortable and fulfilling quality of life amidst the original nature.
In particular, Vinhomes Green Paradise also owns Vinmec hospital in cooperation with Cleverland Clinic, bringing "standard American" healthcare services that residents do not need to travel half a world away. The super-urban area also develops Vin New Horizon international retirement urban area - a pioneering model for the elderly in Vietnam. Here, elderly residents enjoy a golden age with specialized medical care services, while still maintaining a familiar lifestyle and attachment to their children and grandchildren.
The synergy between fresh nature and a comprehensive care - exercise utility system is making Vinhomes Green Paradise a choice for many modern families, affirming its position as the most livable place for those who value health, live actively and connect every day.
