Ms. Le Thi Yen (61 years old, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi) - a customer who came to make a transaction at a gold store on Tran Nhan Tong Street, said: "The store staff announced yesterday that they would open gold rings for sale at 1:30 p.m. afternoon, and I don't know if it's available today, while previous batches announced specific hours of 10:00 and 15:00 each day.
At 10:00 a.m., the gold shop will open to sell 9999 plain round gold rings, but Mr. Tran Xuan Son (Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) still has to return even though he arrived very early to queue.
