To achieve this result, Cam Pha organized a special emulation movement "For the poor - no one is left behind"; called for support of over 2 billion VND to help eliminate 68 near-poor households in the city in 2024. Also in 2024, the city regularly subsidized over 43,438 social protection beneficiaries with an amount of over 38.417 billion VND; carried out well the work of protecting and caring for children, ensuring that 100% of children in special circumstances were cared for according to the policies of the Government and Quang Ninh province. In addition, the city supported over 100 people for medical examination and assessment with an amount of over 387 million VND and supported treatment costs for 6 children with serious illnesses requiring long-term treatment.
