Are the results of the security guard recruitment public?

Clause 7, Article 3 of Circular 14/2024/TT-BCA of the Ministry of Public Security stipulates the results of recruitment and public posting of the results of recruitment of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level as follows:

a) Citizens selected for recognition as members of the Security and Order Protection Team must be approved by more than half of the total number of members of the Selection Council present at the meeting by vote or secret ballot;

In case the citizen participating in the selection is agreed by more than half of the total number of members of the Selection Council present at the meeting but is greater than the number of Team members to be selected, then based on the number of members of the Selection Council present at the meeting, the proposal to recognize the Team member will be taken in order from highest to lowest until the number of Team members to be selected is sufficient.

In case the voting or secret ballot results are equal, the Chairman of the Selection Council or the Vice Chairman of the Selection Council authorized to chair the meeting shall make the decision.

b) Within 03 working days from the date of making the Minutes of the recruitment results, the Commune-level Police shall publicly post the Minutes of the recruitment results at the headquarters of the People's Council, People's Committee, Commune-level Police, at cultural houses and community activity points in villages and residential groups and notify the recruitment results to the addresses of the citizens applying for recruitment, and notify the time to receive the task in case of selection.

Thus, the results of the recruitment of security and order protection forces at the grassroots level must be publicly posted according to the above regulations.
