Article 26 of Decree No. 96/2024/ND-CP details a number of articles of the Law on Real Estate Business regulating exam registration documents, accordingly, exam registration documents include:

1. 01 exam registration form with a 4x6cm sample photo taken within 06 months up to the exam registration date (according to the form in Appendix XXI of this Decree).

2. 01 certified copy of ID card or Citizen ID card or ID card in accordance with the law on identification; Documents proving Vietnamese nationality or confirmation of Vietnamese origin according to the provisions of nationality law or passport (or a copy with the original for comparison).

3. 01 authenticated copy of Certificate of completion of course on training and fostering knowledge of real estate brokerage practice.

4. Certified copy of high school diploma (or equivalent) or higher.

5. 02 sample photos sized 4x6cm taken within 06 months prior to the exam registration date, 02 stamped envelopes clearly stating the recipient's full name, phone number, and address.

6. Certified copy and translation of a certificate issued by a foreign country (for foreigners and Vietnamese with a valid foreign-issued real estate brokerage practice certificate).

Thus, the application documents for the exam to issue a real estate brokerage practice certificate comply with the above regulations.
