The Admissions Council of the Military Medical Academy announces the following additional incentives for university training admissions to the Military Medical Academy in 2025:
1. The groups that received additional encouraged points include:
- Group 01: Students who won national and international excellent student awards and national and international science and technology competitions with topics suitable for the training major organized by the Ministry of Education and Training (encouragement points when candidates do not use the right to direct admission, prioritize admission or candidates who won national and international awards in one of the subjects according to the admission combination).
- Group 02: Excellent high school students won prizes in the Provincial or Central City Excellent Student Competition in one of the subjects according to the admission combination or a combination of all 3 admission subjects of the school.
- Group 03: Excellent high school students with certificates of results of international competency assessment exams (SAT, ACT, IELTS, TOEFL iBT), the certificates are still valid until August 22, 2025.
2. Encouragement points
a) For group 01 and group 02:
- Subjects that won national and international prizes and excellent high school students won prizes in the Provincial or Central City Excellent Student Competition only add incentive points to the combination containing the winning subject (not adding points to the combination without the winning subject).
For example: The school has 2 admission combinations: A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), B00 (Math, Chemistry, Biology). If the candidate wins the Math or Chemistry prize and is given an incentive point in both admission combinations, the Physics prize is given an incentive point in the A00 combination, and the Sinh prize is given an incentive point in the B00 combination.
- When converting scores from HSA and APT competency assessments to combinations containing award-winning subjects, points will be added, while when converting to combinations without award-winning subjects, points will not be added.
- After adding the encouraged points to the high school exam scores or conversion scores, compare the scores achieved according to the combinations, which is the highest will be included in the admission.
b) For group 03: Candidates are allowed to add points to all admission combinations.
