Hanoi Open University
Schedule of direct enrollment application collection of Hanoi Open University:
- Successfully admitted candidates need to prepare papers according to the instructions in the admission notice, be present according to the following gathering schedule of the admitted major and attend the new student meeting on time to receive classes, meet with academic advisors to listen to regulations, rules and other information; and at the same time follow the schedule of classes, weekly activities of citizens and students, and opening schedule according to the instructions of the Faculty/Institute.

- In special cases, admitted candidates who have confirmed enrollment on the Ministry of Education and Training's system but have not had time to complete online enrollment procedures on the Hanoi Open University system, the Admissions Council will consider and resolve according to regulations.
- Admitted candidates submit applications (hard copy) directly to Faculty/Institute staff according to the instructions at the meeting, if the application is incomplete, admitted candidates can supplement and complete it within the prescribed time before September 10, 2026.

The Academy of Educational Management announces that candidates admitted to regular university in 2026 of the Academy of Educational Management shall carry out the following specific enrollment procedures:
1. Enrollment confirmation
All admitted candidates must confirm online admission at the Ministry of Education and Training's Enrollment Information Portal no later than 5:00 PM on August 21, 2026.
2. Information about enrollment time
Candidates must carry out enrollment confirmation according to the instructions in section 1 of this Notice before enrollment. The specific enrollment time is as follows:
- Enrollment time: August 21, 2026 (Morning from 8:00 a.m.: majors in Education Management, Education, NNA, KT; Afternoon from 2:00 p.m.: majors in Education, Management, IT).
- Enrollment address: Academy of Education Management, No. 31 Phan Dinh Giot, Phuong Liet Ward, Hanoi City.
- Opening ceremony of the 2026 - 2027 school year: 8:00 AM on September 5, 2026.
