6. Admission documents
- Admission form (according to Dong Do University);
- Certificate of high school transcripts and High School Graduation Certificates. For candidates who graduate in 2025 and are temporarily owed high school graduation certificates;
- Notarized copy of the Certificate and scoreboard of intermediate, college, university (if any);
- Notarized copy of Citizen Identification Card;
- Priority certificates (if any).
