The University of Education (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) has just issued information on university-level enrollment in 2026.
Accordingly, in 2026, the University of Education (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) will enroll 16 regular university training majors, including: 10 teacher training majors, 06 majors belonging to non-pedagogical major groups. For students participating in non-pedagogical major groups, the school will conduct major divisions after students complete the 2 main semesters of the first year.
Regarding the admission method, this year, the University of Education (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) enrolls students according to 04 methods:
- Method 1: Direct admission and priority admission according to the current Enrollment Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Method 2: University preparatory admission.
- Method 3: Admission based on valid competency assessment (HSA) exam results of Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
- Method 4: Admission based on the results of the 2026 high school graduation exam.
The school plans to recruit 2,000 quotas for 16 training majors, specifically as follows:

Regarding tuition fees, the school informed that tuition fees for students in non-pedagogical majors are implemented according to Decree No. 238/2025/ND-CP dated September 3, 2025 of the Government.
Accordingly, the tuition fee for the 2026 - 2027 academic year is expected to be 1,910,000 VND/month/student (10 months/year), applied to Psychology and School Counseling majors; 1,790,000 VND/month/student (10 months/year), applied to the remaining majors.
Tuition fees for the entire course are expected to be about 88,600,000 VND/course/student for Psychology and School Counseling majors; about 83,000,000 VND/course/student for the remaining majors.
Tuition fees may change according to the State's adjustments in the following years.
Regarding tuition fees and support for pedagogical students: According to the provisions of Decree No. 238/2025/ND-CP, the tuition fee policy according to this Decree does not apply to learners who have enjoyed tuition fee and living expenses support policies according to the Government's regulations for pedagogical students. Implemented according to Decree No. 116/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 and Decree No. 60/2025/ND-CP amending and supplementing Decree 116/2020.
Pedagogical students are supported by the State with tuition fees and living expenses, procedures and norms are implemented according to current regulations.
