Recently, on the official Fanpage of "Brother Who Overcomes Thousands Of Thorns" posted an announcement about the postponement of the broadcast of episode 11 of the show.
The announcement reads: "To our viewers, the producers of Brother Who Overcomes Thousands Of Thorns would like to inform you that episode 11 of the show scheduled to air this Saturday, September 14, 2024 on VTV3 and YouTube will be postponed and will be broadcast at an appropriate time.
The program would like to express our deepest condolences to the great losses of the people in the North who are suffering many losses due to natural disasters and floods! We hope that the natural disasters will soon pass, and that the people in the affected localities will soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives."
Accordingly, the Organizing Committee (OC) has not yet announced a specific broadcast schedule for the program.
A day earlier, the organizers of "Brother Who Overcomes Thousands Of Thorns" announced the postponement of the broadcast of episode 10 of the companion series "Why Call Me By Fire?" due to the reason that "the entertainment element is not suitable at a time when the whole country is supporting our compatriots in the North who are facing natural disasters".
The Organizing Committee's decision received many supportive comments from the audience.
Due to the severe impact of storms and floods in the North, many artists have also announced that they will postpone their shows and new product releases during this time, such as Tung Duong, Phuong My Chi, Ho Ngoc Ha... Many other cultural and artistic events have also had to be canceled or postponed for similar reasons.
