Billboard has just announced the World Albums chart for the week ending with a dense presence of Kpop artists.
Enhypen leads with the new mini album "The sin: Bliss". The product debuted at number 1 on World Albums, and also marked the first time in Enhypen's career to have an album top the Billboard 200.
Stray Kids is right behind. Mini album "This & That" ranked 2nd for the third consecutive week of appearing on World Albums, after two weeks of holding the No. 1 position. The product also recorded the third week with the best performance of an album Stray Kids on the Billboard 200 to date.
Cortis continued to show remarkable endurance. The EP "Greengreen" ranked 3rd in its 17th week appearing on World Albums. This was also the group's first album to reach the Billboard 200 for 16 weeks.
Cortis's debut EP "Color outside the lines" still holds 6th place despite spending 51 weeks on World Albums.
Ateez ranked 4th with "Golden hour: Part. 5", marking the product's 9th week on the chart.
Notably, BTS is the artist with up to three albums appearing in the Top 25 this week.
Proof" rose to 5th place and has had 220 weeks on World Albums. "Map of the soul: 7~The journey~" ranked 10th in its 43rd week, while "Love yourself: Tear" ranked 25th after 222 weeks.
The achievements of "Proof" and "Love yourself: Tear" are noteworthy as these are not new products. "Love yourself: Tear" was released by BTS in 2018, while the compilation album "Proof" was released in 2022.
Kpop girl groups also maintained their presence on World Albums. Le Sserafim's "Pureflow" held 8th place in its 14th week. aespa's "Lemonade" rose to 11th place after 13 weeks, while Illit's "Mamihlapinatapai" ranked 12th.
NewJeans' "Get up" rose to 16th place and has been on the chart for 155 weeks.
In the solo artist category, Yeonjun of TXT ranked 19th with the mini album "No labels: Part 02", marking the 7th week the product has appeared on World Albums.
This week's results continue to show the influence of Kpop on the Billboard charts, from newly released products to albums released many years ago but still maintaining significant listening power.
