In the second competition night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2025, the Z121 Vina Pyrotech Vietnam team presented a top-notch performance called "Aspiration to Rise Up", elaborately staged with 5 chapters, evoking a journey of Da Nang from the past to the present and towards the future.
Opening with excitement, clusters of colorful fireworks explode with a vibrant music beat, painting the sky with vibrant and modern colors, depicting a youthful, endlessly breaking through Da Nang.
Next is the warm yellow color, combined with the slow-growing and soft-swinging effect like a falling star, bringing the audience into old memories. As a slow-motion film, the performance reminds us of a Da Nang that was once a vibrant trading center since the 17th century, welcoming sails from all over the world.
The climax was when the sky of Da Nang was brilliant in the red flag of the country's yellow star, and the image of purple lotus blooming in the air. The melody "like a Uncle Ho on the day of the great victory" sounded amid the endless applause of the audience, bringing the sacred moment to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South, reuniting the country and the liberation of Da Nang.
Rarely has there been a performance at DIFF that made the audience sing in unison, accompanying each emotional beat like that. A part of the competition is highly appreciated for its emotions, technique and artistic depth.
