On June 4, the Da Nang Military Command announced the temporary suspension of all flight activities for drones and other flying vehicles in the area during the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2025.
Accordingly, the flight ban is from 5pm to 11pm on the following days: May 31, July 7, 14,6, June 21, 28, and July 12. The suspension is to ensure security and safety for activities taking place within the framework of the festival.
This notice is applied to all organizations and individuals who have not been licensed by the Department of Combat/Ministry of the General Staff, and have not yet reached a coordination agreement with the City Military Command.
In particular, units licensed to fly filming to serve DIFF 2025 according to Official Dispatch No. 5110/TC-QC dated May 9, 2025 of the Department of Combat/BTTM will not be subject to this ban.
Flight activities for public service, rescue, forest fire inspection, etc. are still allowed in emergency situations.
The Da Nang City Military Command will coordinate with relevant agencies to strictly handle violations of regulations.
