The petition clearly states that Ms. Huynh Ngoc Trinh (aka artist Binh Tinh) denounced Mr. X.M (born in 1978, permanently residing in Phuoc Dinh commune, Khanh Hoa province) and Ms. M.T (born in 1983, permanently residing in An Khe ward, Gia Lai province).
According to the denunciation, the two individuals are said to have posted many articles and videos on cyberspace containing information belonging to personal secrets, family secrets, and the private life of Ms. Huynh Ngoc Trinh, and also content considered to be seriously insulting the prestige, honor and dignity of artist Binh Tinh.
Among them, there is information accusing her of borrowing 5 billion VND, wearing fake diamonds, being a mistress...
According to a notice from the Investigation Police Agency of Ho Chi Minh City Police, based on Articles 36, 145 and 146 of the Criminal Procedure Code, functional agencies are resolving information about crimes according to legal regulations.
Previously, Binh Tinh repeatedly denied information that she owed 5 billion VND. The female artist affirmed that she had never borrowed money like what is spreading on social networks.
I require those who provide information to have specific evidence. You can't say whatever you want, affecting the honor and life of others," Binh Tinh shared.
According to the female artist, in the past time, many YouTube, TikTok and social network accounts have continuously posted videos and articles surrounding loan rumors. This content quickly spread, leading to many negative comments, significantly affecting her work, image as well as family life.
I believe everything will be resolved by law. Whoever provides information must be responsible for that information. I have enough documents to protect myself," the female artist said.
Binh Tinh's real name is Huynh Ngoc Trinh, born into a family with artistic traditions, is the daughter of late artist Duc Loi and playwright Bach Mai. She has been associated with the classical opera stage since childhood, operates at Huynh Long troupe and is loved by a large audience through many plays, television programs and gameshows.
