Binh Tinh was born in 1986, the daughter of artist Duc Loi and composer Bach Mai, of the third generation of the Huynh Long ancient Cai Luong family. Since childhood, she has been attached to the stage, remembered by the audience through child actors and later the roles of feather fighting and feather fighting. For many years, she has been the head of the Huynh Long ancient Cai Luong reformed opera troupe, shouldering the responsibility of preserving and developing her family's heritage in the context of many difficulties in the traditional stage.
In the professional field, the period of 2022 - 2025 marks many important milestones for Binh Tinh. She was honored as "Outstanding Artist of the Arts Industry 2022" in the field of cai luong stage, receiving many medals at domestic stage festivals. Recently, she and the crew of The Real World won 4 gold medals at an international stage event in Nanjing (China), including an individual gold medal for her role.

Not stopping at the stage, in 2025, Binh Tinh stepped onto the big screen for the first time with the role of the Lady Tue Lieu in the movie "The Devil's Prince". Taking on the role of a mother with many calculations and tragedies, she admitted that she had to "assign a group to get rid of the role of a cai luong artist" to focus on cinema, considering herself a "white-hauled" in the new field. This time on the field, it shows the desire to expand the range of acting, not letting herself only be associated with the image of a familiar "river god" of the past.
However, the stage is still the biggest support in Binh Tinh's life. She shared that currently "there are no more worries, only fears" - worried that if one day her health does not allow her to stand on stage and she is no longer able to run the troupe, what will happen to the poor artists who stick with Huynh Long. What she hopes for is to stay healthy and strong enough to continue to steer the group, making a name for herself as a Cai Luong family that many generations have worked hard to build.
In terms of personal life, the news of Binh Tinh and singer Nhat Minh breaking up after nearly 20 years of association surprised many audiences. According to Nhat Minh, the two have divorced and the decision was carefully considered after a long journey together. He affirmed that the two broke up in a civilized relationship, continued to maintain a friendship and took care of their daughter Bella. Meanwhile, Binh Tinh chose to stay silent, only focusing on updating work on her personal page, limiting mentioning private things to keep her children safe.
daughter Bella is currently a great motivation in the artist's life. For her, after family incidents and professional pressure, keeping her children in a stable living environment is no less important than "sold out" shows or professional awards. The silence in the face of private scandals is also an option that shows how she puts her children's interests above the debates on social media.
From the position of adopted child of the late artist Vu Linh to guiding young faces on stage, she is continuing to play the role of "connecting" between the previous generation of artists and the next generation. Awards, tours, and medals at home and abroad are not only personal achievements but also an opportunity to bring the old quarter closer to today's audience.
