Ho Chi Minh City - the brightest star on the tourism map during the holiday - recorded an unprecedentedly high room occupancy rate, reaching 90-95%. Accommodation is estimated at 867,000, up 333.5% over the same period last year.
Mr. Tran The Dung - General Director of Vietluxtour Travel - said that the notable point this year in Ho Chi Minh City is the increased number of visitors registering for inner-city tours, the business recorded a 50% increase in the number of visitors compared to the same period.

Sharing with Lao Dong, a representative of Sun World said that the unit recorded a breakthrough growth rate at a series of tourist attractions at Ha Nam Water Park welcoming 40,000 visitors during the 5 days off, Sun World Ba Den welcoming a 217% increase in the number of visitors compared to the same period last year, Sun World Hon Thom grew by 152% in the number of visitors... Statistics show positive signals from the domestic market, opening up expectations for a vibrant summer tourism season in 2025.
