After listening to the report, the Secretary of the City Party Committee requested to urgently complete the Mobilization Committee; complete the dossier to submit to UNESCO to honor Nguyen Binh Khiem on the occasion of the 450th anniversary of his death (1585 - 2035). At the same time, the Department of Finance was assigned to balance and arrange funding for implementation; city and local sectors continued to do a good job of propagating the life and career of Trang Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem, and his contributions to the country and the city. Secretary Le Tien Chau also requested the allocation of medium-term investment capital for 2026-2030 to restore the Nguyen Binh Khiem Trang Trinh Relic.
The famous person in the collection of Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem is Nguyen Van Dat, born in the year of Tan Hoi, the 22nd year of the Hong Duc Dynasty under the reign of Le Thanh Tong (1491). He was born in Trung Am village, Vinh Lai district, Ha Hong prefecture, Hai Duong town (now in Nguyen Binh Khiem commune, Hai Phong city). He is a cultural figure, a great poet, a teacher, and a monk honored by the world. Not only was he a full-time Trang of the Mac Dynasty in the 16th century, but his name, stature, and achievements of Trang Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem still resonate forever. Previously, the Department of Culture and Sports of Hai Phong City announced Decision No. 2195/QD-UBND dated July 31, 2023 on the establishment of a UNESCO Mobilization Committee to honor Trang Trinh Nguyen Binh Khien Humbly on the 450th anniversary of his death (1585-2035).
