Hoa Minzy brought a touching performance, Tung Duong exploded with a rock remix, while Soobin stirred up the audience at the concert "Fatherland in the Heart 2026".

On the evening of August 23, the concert "Fatherland in the Heart 2026" took place at Van Phuc Urban Area, Hiep Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The program gathered many generations of artists, combining music with stories and historical milestones of the nation.

Heavy rain appeared right when the program started. About 40,000 spectators wore raincoats, shielding their phones but still stayed to watch. In the stands, red flags with yellow stars were continuously raised high after each performance.

The performances are elaborately staged.

The cast of artists creates different colors, representing the emotional depth, vocal technique and contemporary spirit of the show.

Hoa Minzy appeared in Chapter II called "Proud Red". The female singer performed "Pain in Peace", composed by Nguyen Van Chung.

The cast of artists sublimated on stage.

Before the song was played, the program told the story of veteran Nguyen The Nghia, a former Phu Quoc prisoner. During his years in prison, he and his comrades once drew the flag with their own blood. In harsh circumstances, the flag became a sacred symbol that needed to be preserved with will and determination.

Hoa Minzy's performance is touching.

Hoa Minzy's performance was staged with images of mothers, soldiers and the loss after the war. The female singer wore a white ao dai, restrained movements to focus on conveying the story with her voice.

Peace Pain" does not exploit the atmosphere of victory in a jubilant direction but looks at the remaining silences after the war. Hoa Minzy's emotional singing style, combined with stage images, makes the space of tens of thousands of people become calm.

If Hoa Minzy brings depth of self-expression, Tung Duong creates a strong change in energy. The male singer appeared in a black outfit with traditional motifs, performing "Nổi lửa lên em" by musician Huy Du through a rock arrangement.

Tung Duong.

Tung Duong's thick, strong and powerful voice is suitable for the heroic spirit of the song. The male singer handled the climaxes decisively, combining the familiar strong performance style.

The new remix helps a revolutionary composition get closer to young audiences but still retains the original spirit. Drums, electric guitar and the backing vocals of the art troupe create a thick sound layer, bringing the program from a calm state back to a lively atmosphere.

In Chapter III, Soobin became one of the faces receiving great cheers from the audience. The male singer appeared in a black vest, performing the medley "Nguoi Viet" and "Trong com".

Nguoi Viet" brings rap and modern music material, while "Trong Com" evokes a familiar folk melody. The two works are connected in the same performance, creating a cross between tradition and the breath of the new generation.

Soobin maintained a soft singing style but still ensured the necessary energy for the outdoor stage. The male singer continuously opened his arms, pointing the microphone towards the stands to invite everyone to join in singing. Thousands of spectators waved flags, turned on their phones and sang along.

In addition to the above three voices, the program features the participation of Meritorious Artist Cao Minh, Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, Noo Phuoc Thinh, Vo Ha Tram, Dong Hung, Hoang Bach, Huong Tram, Lam Bao Ngoc, Pham Anh Duy, Muoi and OPlus group.

The performance night is divided into three chapters including "One Belt of Mountains and Rivers", "Proud Red Color" and "Fatherland in the Heart". Interspersed between the performances are flag-raising ceremonies, military and police parades, and reenactments of President Ho Chi Minh reading the "Declaration of Independence" on September 2, 1945.

The program closed with a medley of "Fatherland in the Heart", "Joining Hands", "As if Uncle Ho is in the Great Victory Day" and art fireworks display.
