Tam Coc tourist area is located in Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, belonging to Nam Hoa Lu ward (Ninh Binh), and has long been famous for its green mountains and blue water, poetic scenery.
This is a destination loved by many domestic and foreign tourists when visiting Ninh Binh thanks to the majestic limestone mountain complex and rice fields stretching along both sides of the Ngo Dong River.

The special thing about Tam Coc is that each season of the year here has its own beauty. In spring, both sides of the river are green rice fields. By the end of May, rice fields turn golden and shiny like giant carpets.
In autumn, the Ngo Dong River brings a quiet, romantic beauty with tens of thousands of purple water lilies blooming profusely, creating a poetic landscape.
At this time, tourists sitting on boats on the river not only admire the ancient moss-covered limestone mountain ranges and picturesque landscapes, but also have the opportunity to directly admire the golden ripe rice fields on both sides of the Ngo Dong River.

Coming to Tam Coc, many tourists often tell each other about two famous check-in locations, May peak and Khe Gioi - panoramic viewpoints of the golden season from above that are loved by many people.
May Peak is located on the limestone mountain range of Ca Ca cave. From here, visitors can admire the colorful natural picture and the Ngo Dong River winding gently like a beautiful silk ribbon.
To reach this area, visitors must climb about 50 stone steps leading to the top of the mountain. About 1km from May peak is Khe Gioi, located on the mountainside right in the Hai cave area. This place appears as a beauty bestowed by nature. Stone steps to the top of Hai cave are likened to steps to the "gate to heaven".

To get to Khe Gioi, visitors must cross a narrow road just for an adult to walk through the mountain and climb 250 steps before reaching Khe Gioi. When taking the last steps up Khe Gioi, visitors will be overwhelmed by the majestic scenery of the mountains and the beautiful Ngo Dong River.
According to many tourists, Khe Gioi is a "memorable" check-in location in Tam Coc thanks to its breathtakingly beautiful scenery. From here, just raise your camera and tourists can record impressive photos, especially at the time when the rice is most beautiful in the year.
