On June 16, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province announced that it had agreed the expected time to organize the Kite Award program in 2025 to be in December 2025.
Khanh Hoa province assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and continue working with the Vietnam Cinema Association, the Department of Finance, Vega City Joint Stock Company and relevant agencies, units and localities to develop an event organization plan in the spirit of efficiency and economy.
This year, the focus of the program is still the red carpet event and the 2025 Kite Awards Ceremony at the Do Theater. In addition, there will be an exchange program between artists and the public at April 2 Square, Nha Trang City.
The Kite Award is the biggest annual event of the Vietnam Cinema Association, to honor outstanding works and artists in the fields of cinema and television.
This is also the 4th year the Kite Award has been held in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province.
Previous events held in Nha Trang have left a strong impression not only on experts but also on a large number of people and tourists.
Continuing to choose Khanh Hoa as a host location not only shows the province's long-term companionship with cultural and artistic activities, but also an opportunity to widely promote the image of "Khanh Hoa - a destination for art and tourism" to domestic and foreign friends.
