On August 3rd, Miss Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc's send-off ceremony before Miss World 2026 took place in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of family, partners, many Misses, and runners-up.
At the event, Bao Ngoc's mother shared emotionally about her daughter's journey of maturity. She said that both husband and wife work in the medical industry, so they do not have much time to closely monitor their children's studies. However, Bao Ngoc soon formed self-reliance and a love for learning, especially foreign languages.

Bao Ngoc is very eager to learn, especially loves foreign languages since she was young. Sometimes I told her that learning foreign languages is quite expensive, but Ngoc said:'Mom, let me learn. No need to buy anything else for me, I just want to learn'. Seeing her determination like that, the family always tries to create conditions for her to pursue foreign languages," Bao Ngoc's mother shared.
To date, when witnessing Bao Ngoc becoming the representative of Vietnam at Miss World 2026, the whole family feels happy and proud.
Bao Ngoc's mother also sent thanks to the companion units and partners who have supported her daughter in the process of preparing for the competition. She hopes her daughter will take care of her health, show her best ability, spread positive energy and enjoy the journey at Miss World.

The send-off ceremony also had the presence of many Misses, runners-up and Vietnamese beauties to congratulate and encourage Bao Ngoc before leaving. The guests expected the Vietnamese representative to promote her strengths in foreign languages, education and humanitarian projects to make her mark in the international beauty arena.
According to the plan, Miss World 2026 takes place from August to early September in Vietnam, gathering more than 100 contestants from countries and territories. This is the first time Vietnam has hosted this long-standing beauty contest, and also the 75th anniversary of Miss World.
