Ho Chi Minh City People's Court decided to bring the inheritance dispute of the late artist Vu Linh to trial on December 16.
The panel of judges of the first instance trial was chaired by Judge Chau Thi Diep, and the representative of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy participating in the trial was Prosecutor Nguyen Van Hoang.
The panel of judges said the plaintiff in the lawsuit is Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung (residing in Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City), the defendant is Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan (residing in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City). Both the plaintiff and the defendant have lawyers to protect their legal rights and interests at the trial.
The People's Court summoned Huynh Thi Ngoc Yen Notary Office (Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City), Phu Nhuan District People's Committee and 7 other individuals with related obligations and rights.
