Ministry of Science and Technology appoints many officials
On December 24, the Ministry of Science and Technology announced the Minister's decisions on personnel work at a number of units under the innovation block.
Mr. Pham Hong Quat - Director of the Department of Startup and Technology Enterprises was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Institute of Technology Application.
Mr. Hoang Ngoc Nhan - Director of the Institute of Technology Application was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Startup and Technology Enterprises.
Mr. Tran Van Son - Principal of the College of Information and Communications was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the National Institute of Digital Technology and Digital Transformation.
Mr. Luong Dinh Quyet - Vice Rector was assigned to be the Acting Rector of the College of Information and Communications until another decision is made.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Trang - Deputy Director of the Post Office Department was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the National Institute of Digital Technology and Digital Transformation.
Appointment of members of the Social Insurance Management Council
Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc signed Decision No. 2779/QD-TTg dated December 24, 2025, appointing Mr. Vu Manh Ha - Deputy Minister of Health cum member of the Social Insurance Management Council.
The term of appointment is 5 years. The above decision takes effect from December 24, 2025.
Bac Ninh announces decision to approve the title of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee
On the afternoon of December 25th, the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision approving the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for Mr. Tran Huy Phuong.
At the conference, Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai presented Decision No. 2583-QDNS/TW of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee approving Mr. Tran Huy Phuong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030.

At the conference, Mr. Hoang Dang Quang - Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee announced the decision of the Secretariat to transfer and appoint Mr. Trinh Manh Linh - Deputy Head of the Government Office, Assistant to the Prime Minister to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee.

On the afternoon of December 22nd, Minister of Agriculture and Environment Tran Duc Thang presented the Decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Tang The Cuong - Director of the Department of Climate Change - to hold the position of Director of the Department of Environment.
Mr. Tang The Cuong has worked for a long time at the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment. He used to hold positions as Chief of Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Director of the Department of Climate Change before being appointed Director of the Department of Environment.
