According to the Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, out of a total of 434,000 visitors, domestic visitors accounted for about 400,700, international visitors 33,300; overnight visitors are estimated at 170,000.
Destinations that continue to attract a large number of tourists are Ha Long Bay, welcoming 42,230 visitors; Sun World Ha Long 28,000 visitors; Quang Ninh and Yen Tu Museums both reaching 14,500 visitors.
Some localities recorded a large number of visitors, including Van Don reaching 62,000 visitors, Uong Bi 58,400 visitors, Mong Cai 33,500 visitors.
Other destinations such as the Tran Dynasty relic area welcomed 4,700 visitors; Bach Dang 7,350 visitors; Cai Chien 2,700 visitors; Co To 11,800 visitors.
On April 27 alone, the whole province welcomed about 115,000 visitors, of which domestic visitors reached 106,550, international visitors 8,450; overnight visitors reached 41,000. Tourism revenue during the day is estimated at 356 billion VND.
During the day, some tourist destinations recorded a large number of visitors, including Ha Long Bay receiving 10,500 visitors; Sun World Ha Long 5,000 visitors; Quang Ninh Museum 4,260 visitors; Bach Dang 2,960 visitors; Van Don 9,000 visitors; Mong Cai 11,200 visitors; Uong Bi 21,000 visitors.
