People's Artist Quoc Khanh is currently living in a spacious, fully equipped house in the suburbs of Hanoi. He is often visited by colleagues and friends.

On the morning of September 12, sharing with Lao Dong reporters, MC Thao Van said that she had just gone to the old Long Bien district (now Bo De ward, Hanoi) to visit "Ngoc Hoang" - NSND Quoc Khanh.

He is very healthy, he is fatter than before. His spirit is very comfortable, he still talks humorously and affectionately with colleagues and friends," Thao Van said.

Artist Ho Lien - a close younger brother of the male artist, working at the Vietnam Drama Theater - said that from the end of 2025, artist Quoc Khanh moved to the house of a relative in Long Bien.

When moving to the new residence, People's Artist Quoc Khanh felt healthier. He also actively trained and had more proactive plans to strengthen his physical strength.

Mr. Khanh said that being here is very happy because the house is spacious and has many green trees. He has people to talk to every day so he is not sad. Friends also visit him continuously...", Ho Lien shared.

Artist Ho Lien added that because they work together at the Vietnam Drama Theater, she and Quoc Khanh are quite close. Quoc Khanh is a cheerful person, the center of conversations and confidences.

People often tease "Dad Khanh, get married", he even joked back "Get married tomorrow". But during a friendly conversation, he also said he was afraid that getting married would not take care of his wife and children fully... Perhaps due to fate, he is still alone now," Ho Lien shared.

In the skit, People's Artist Quoc Khanh still plays the role of the Jade Emperor with a very unique acting style. With slow lines, accented at the right time and place, Quoc Khanh still creates for his character a calmness, majesty but no less charm.

Artist Quoc Khanh, born in 1962, is originally from Hanoi, has 2 sisters, and his parents are civil servants. After finishing 10th grade, he took the first-year actor training course of the Vietnam Drama Theater from 1978 to 1982.
