Airing on the evening of March 29 on VTV3, the special program Rendezvous with March not only marks the 30-year journey of the channel but also brings an interesting surprise when Tao Quan returns with a familiar cast of artists. Many viewers jokingly call this Tao Quan "out of season".
The program gathers faces associated with the brand such as People's Artist Quoc Khanh, People's Artist Tu Long, Meritorious Artist Chi Trung, Meritorious Artist Quang Thang and artist Van Dung. Instead of the usual New Year's Eve, this "audition" takes place at the end of March, creating a new feeling but still full of nostalgia.

The Tao Quan 2026 program still retains its familiar satirical color. This year's skit stands out with the format "Picking up Democracy Flowers", remade from the old 2017 format - accordingly, the Taos under the guidance of the Jade Emperor face questions that seem simple but reflect many social issues.
Nam Tao and Trung Ruoi appear to ask sharp questions, making it difficult for the Taos to answer questions from the "concise tree".
This is a rare time Trung Ruoi has played Nam Tao, before that he often played Pho Thien Loi, Bac Dau.

Tao Quan 2017 is inherently of special significance to Trung Ruoi. This is the first year Trung Ruoi (Ha Trung) participates in the Tao Quan program.
Trung Ruoi went through many supporting roles before becoming Bac Dau replacing NSND Cong Ly in Tao Quan 2022. He once shared about the tremors and pressure when standing with experienced artists for the first time and always trying to learn decency in the profession.
Trung Ruoi recounted that the first time he was asked by director Do Thanh Hai about acting in Tao Quan, his mother was extremely surprised. "Mom didn't believe her ears, and I didn't dare to believe what I just said. The two mothers and sons just hugged each other and danced like two friends," he recounted.
To date, Trung Ruoi has participated in Tao Quan for 9 years. He is loved for his rustic, humorous, simple acting and efforts to refresh his role.
