Thanh Son's role as Binh in "The War in the Air" received many compliments from the audience. Thanh Son acted volleyingly in difficult action scenes. With Binh, the main character in The War in the Air, Thanh Son proved his acting ability and skills.
In the scene, bodyguard Binh had to climb out of the plane's wheel to handle technical errors in the context of a dangerous flight. Many viewers said that this scene reminded them of a series of adventures that actor Tom Cruise had done himself in the series of films " Mission: impossible" (Vietnamese title: impossible mission).
Tom Cruise has been the soul of the blockbuster series impossible mission since 1996. He plays Ethan Hunt, a special forces officer of the Impossible Missions Force ( IMF).
Throughout his journey with the brand " Mission: impossible", Tom Cruise always tries to perform dangerous action scenes at an increasing level. In this series, the audience witnessed unimaginable action scenes of Tom Cruise as he was floating on a plane, trapped in a sub, jumping from a fighter jet into the sea...

In the 2015 movie Impossible mission: The Mysterious Country, Tom Cruise had a scene of clinging to the side of a plane taking off. According to Hollywood Reporter, this scene was done by Tom himself, he clung to the fuselage when taking off at an altitude of about 1,500m.
In the film The Final Reckoning (Vietnamese title: The Last recorded), Tom Cruise continues to wade on the wing of a World War-era double-decker aircraft - the classic Boeing-Stearman - while the aircraft wheelie and flip over in the air.
Tom Cruise shared with the media that to perform these scenes, he had to practice a specialized breathing method to resist the strong air flowing into his face. There were even times when he practiced, the actor fainted due to lack of oxygen and could not climb back into the cockpit by himself.
When mentioning the scene of climbing out of the plane with the same idea as the action scenes of Tom Cruise in Incessible mission, Thanh Son said: No matter what the meaning of this sentence is, I still find it... happy. Of course, all comparisons are tedious.
But I'm happy. I know I have to try harder in my career. For me personally, Tom Cruise has always been my idol.

Regarding the opinion that The War in the Air has action scenes similar to American films, director Ham Tran said, This is a script based on a true story that happened in the history of Vietnamese aviation in 1978. I am very happy to have told a story about Vietnam on screen.
With all those years of working in the profession, I have learned a lot, to know how to restrain myself, so that my works have their own color".
As of the morning of September 24, "The War in the Air" has achieved a revenue of 95 billion VND. The film will be released on September 19. The film is made by the People's Police Cinema.
