Rhyder and Phuong My Chi are two talented young faces of the Vietnamese music industry. They first became known to the public when they participated in the first season of The Voice Kids.
That year, Phuong My Chi was a strong contestant, singing folk music and had a large audience. In the end, the victory belonged to Rhyder (at that time still using his real name Quang Anh).
Phuong My Chi becoming runner-up made many audiences regret. There was even a time when the two singers were suspected of having conflicts and not being on good terms.
Coming out of the same competition, Quang Anh and Phuong My Chi went in different directions. In her teens, Phuong My Chi was loved by the audience and continuously performed in shows, released new songs, and participated in game shows.
Meanwhile, Quang Anh focused on studying and only started pursuing his passion when he was 18.
After many years, the two still maintain a good friendship, supporting each other in their careers.
Phuong My Chi once said that she and Quang Anh still care about and follow each other and are not broken up as many people speculate.
When Quang Anh launched his new project, Phuong My Chi came to congratulate him and took pictures with him. "Seeing you change and succeed makes me very happy. We will always try our best on our own path," the singer said.
After Quang Anh's appearance on Rap Viet, Phuong My Chi also posted a message of support and joy for his return. Quang Anh also called Phuong My Chi "little sister" when commenting on Facebook posts.
On important occasions such as releasing new songs or introducing music products, the two still appear to cheer each other on.
Rhyder's real name is Nguyen Quang Anh, born in 2001. Some of his music products include: "Dat Toys", "Leave Me Alone", "Tu Chuan Hiep", "Learn How to Say I Lose"...
Participating in "Anh trai say hi", he became more known and recognized for his ability to sing, compose and produce music.
Phuong My Chi was born in 2003, known as the "folk song girl" thanks to her pretty appearance and sweet voice. In recent years, the female singer has been active in releasing a series of songs inspired by literature such as: "Bong phu hoa", "Day xe ox", "Goi Gam"...
"Vu co anh" is the song that marks Phuong My Chi's transformation into a new music genre. The song combines elements from the East such as ca tru, pentatonic to the West such as disco, Disney elements - inspired by modern fairy tale cartoons.
