On November 24, Dak Doa District People's Committee opened the pink grass festival associated with the Ethnic Culture Festival and the district's agricultural product market at the pine hill of Glar commune.
The Pink Grass Festival and Ethnic Culture Festival of Dak Doa district attracted nearly 900 artisans, actors and athletes from 15 communes and towns in the district.
Within the framework of the festival, there are many activities imbued with the cultural identity of ethnic groups such as: gong performances, reenactment of traditional rituals and ceremonies; folk singing, folk dancing, traditional musical instrument performances; weaving and brocade weaving competitions, and double rice pounding.
In addition, the festival also has a beautiful photo exhibition of the district's scenic spots; 18 booths displaying and introducing local OCOP products.
Typical agricultural products such as Nam Yang pepper, Kon Gang orange, Le Can sweet potato, pressed bamboo shoots, dried bamboo shoots, macadamia nuts, banana products...
The Ethnic Cultural Festival is an annual activity of Dak Doa district to honor, preserve and promote traditional cultural values, creating opportunities for ethnic people in the district to meet, exchange and strengthen solidarity.
The festival is an opportunity to promote the nature, culture and people of Dak Doa land, meeting the needs of tourists to learn and explore.
The Festival's activities take place from November 23 to 25 at the pine hill area of Glar commune.
