VietnamPlus receives WAN-IFRA International Journalism Award for the second time

VietnamPlus Electronic Newspaper of Vietnam News Agency won a major award from the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers (WAN-IFRA) for its interactive 3D journalism work about Hanoi.

On the evening of April 23, the work "70 years of liberation of the capital: Hanoi sacred and proud" of VietnamPlus Electronic Newspaper was honored in the category "Best Innov Lumpur (Malaysia).

The work receiving the DMA 2025 award was launched on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hanoi Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024), one of the first interactive 3D products of the Vietnamese press, bringing a completely new experience to readers.

Taking place over 3 days (from April 23-25) in Malaysia, DMA 2025 is the largest and most prestigious annual press and media event in Asia-Pacific as well as in the region. As of 2025, this is the 17th event held.

DMA has always been a leading event on digital transformation in the press and media industry since it was first held in 2009 in Singapore, attracting hundreds of leading news publishers, journalists and media managers to share experiences, business models, research on the best applications and solutions in the field of media business.
