The legal drama "Phantom Lawyer" (Vietnamese title: Ghost Lawyer) tells the adventures of Shin I Rang (Yoo Yeon Seok) - a lawyer who can see ghosts, and excellent female lawyer Han Na Hyun (Esom) when they resolve the persistent cases of their very unusual clients - ghosts - through law.
Speaking about the work, Yoo Yeon Seok said that as soon as he read the script, he was attracted to the plot about a lawyer resolving the grievances of ghosts. Shin I Rang being possessed by many people also helps him express many different aspects through a character.
To prepare for the role, the actor paid attention to the habits and gestures of the deceased. "I observed the unique character traits of the characters appearing in each episode, and when Shin I Rang was possessed by them, I tried to incorporate them naturally into my acting.
The Korean star revealed that he even practiced a separate dance when his character was possessed by a former idol trainee. In addition, the project also marks Yoo Yeon Seok's first time taking on a role with a humorous color.
Regarding this, the actor said that he wanted to show himself to be more approachable and friendly than in previous works, so he tried to act more naturally and comfortably.
