According to statistics, the total number of visitors reached nearly 3,000, an increase of about 10% compared to the same period last year. Tourists mainly gather at famous spiritual and scenic spots such as Tam Co Cave, Phong Nha Cave.
In the chilly spring weather, streams of people quietly burn incense at Tam Co Cave, a red address associated with the sacrifice of heroic martyrs on Route 20 Quyet Thang. The solemn space, incense smoke blending between mountains and forests creates a lingering emotion for many tourists.

Ms. Xuan Hanh (from Quang Trach commune, Quang Tri province) said that at the beginning of the year, her family often goes to spiritual places in the area to pray for peace, health and luck. "Every year my family goes to the pagoda, then to Hang Tam Co to offer incense. Coming here at the beginning of the year feels very sacred and light," Ms. Hanh shared.
Not only local people, but also many tourists from neighboring provinces also chose Phong Nha - Ke Bang as a spring destination. After offering incense, many people continued to visit Phong Nha Cave, experiencing the majestic natural scenery of the world natural heritage.

Representatives of Phong Nha - Ke Bang Tourist Center said that to serve the increased number of visitors during Tet, the unit has proactively developed a plan to receive, stream and arrange appropriate personnel.
