The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Duong province requests state management departments and public service units under the Department; Department of Culture - Information and Centers: Culture, Sports and Communication of districts, towns and cities to propagate and disseminate the film series celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and celebrating the Spring of At Ty 2025 to civil servants, public employees and people.
In addition, coordinate with relevant agencies and units to advise on organizing propaganda on mass media and grassroots radio systems.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Duong province assigned the Hai Duong Provincial Center for Culture and Arts to organize and implement the film series commemorating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and celebrating the Spring of At Ty 2025 in the province, ensuring requirements and implementing the reporting regime on implementation results according to regulations.
According to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the films selected for screening in the film campaign include the feature film “Hong Ha nu si” produced by Nam Phuong Media Company Limited (HongNgat Film); the documentary “Khang A Hu, a cadre of Che Cu Nha commune” produced by HDA Film Company Limited and “Finding childhood through folk games” produced by Central Documentary and Scientific Film Studio Company Limited.
The animated films “The Swallow Returns” and “The Miracle Medicine” are produced by Vietnam Animation Studio Joint Stock Company.
