"Where Time Decreases" is the name of the painting exhibition introducing an inner world of affection and color by artist Dang Thanh Huyen.

Dang Thanh Huyen is one of the prominent names in the contemporary fine arts industry of Vietnam. For her, each painting is not only a work of art but also a part of memory, a story told through painting.

Dang Thanh Huyen's second solo exhibition called "Where Time Steads Up" - is an invitation for the audience to step into the emotional inner world of the female artist.

"There are moments when we wish we could stop to keep what is most precious - an apple, a smile, or the warmth of the family. This exhibition is where I put away memories, wordsless emotions, and even gaps in the ever-growing flow of life.

Each painting is not just an image, but an invitation for you to step into your own world - where time is slow, gentle and full of love" - artist Dang Thanh Huyen shared.

Dang Thanh Huyen is living with her family in Nha Trang. To conduct this second solo exhibition at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, she had to transport more than 50 works from Nha Trang to Hanoi.

In addition to his painting career, Dang Thanh Huyen also has a passion for silk and has his own silk scarf brand. The female artist said that she is lucky to be able to harmonize artistic creation and business, while still spending time with her family.

"Family is always the most important thing, but art is also an indispensable part of me. When I am with my family, I am truly a mother, a wife. But when I hold a digital camera, I am myself, released into the world of color and emotion. It is the experiences in family life that nurtured my emotions in my paintings, said Dang Thanh Huyen.

With "Where Time Decreases", Dang Thanh Huyen not only brings a painting exhibition but also a space for viewers to linger and find precious moments in life.

Dang Thanh Huyen was born in 1984 in Hanoi, raised in a family with no traditional art. However, her passion for painting was nurtured early when she started to get acquainted with pineapple painting at the age of 5 - 6.

After graduating from Vietnam University of Industrial Fine Arts in 2008 and completing his master's program at Vietnam University of Fine Arts in 2014, Dang Thanh Huyen constantly discovered and developed his personal style.

The main painting school that the female artist pursues can be considered a blend of reality and impression, with the use of color and light full of emotions.

Her works are often portraits, nature paintings and everyday moments, where she finds the deepest connection with memories and emotions.
