VINATEX Bac Lieu Garment Factory currently has more than 1,000 employees, with the business of producing export clothing. In addition to ensuring wages, the factory is expected to give a 13th month salary bonus on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025. For new employees and long-time day laborers, the company will also support a Tet gift.

The view is that no union member or worker will be left without Tet due to difficulties. In addition to the above gifts, the provincial Unions also mobilize businesses and benefactors to take care of Tet for workers.
In addition to the enterprises that have announced the Tet bonus, there are still many enterprises and production and business establishments that have balanced their revenue sources to have the conditions to take care of and promptly support their employees both materially and spiritually, such as Tet bonuses, arranging vehicles or supporting travel expenses for employees to return home for Tet, giving gifts, etc. The story of the year-end Tet bonus is always a concern of employees, because after a year of working, producing and doing business diligently and trying, this will be a valuable source of encouragement for their tireless efforts, helping employees have more conditions to celebrate Tet.
