    TPHCM - Sở Giao thông Vận tải (GTVT) TPHCM vừa có văn bản gửi UBND TP Thủ Đức, các quận, huyện về việc thu phí sử dụng tạm thời vỉa hè, lòng đường.

    TPHCM - Trong quá trình triển khai việc thu phí sử dụng tạm thời lòng đường, hè phố từ ngày 1.1.2024, TPHCM đang gặp một số vướng mắc về quy định pháp luật nên đề nghị Bộ Giao thông Vận tải (GTVT) và Bộ Tài chính hỗ trợ hướng dẫn.

    TPHCM chính thức thông qua đề án thu phí lòng đường, vỉa hè từ năm 2024

    TPHCM sẽ bắt đầu triển khai thu phí sử dụng tạm thời lòng đường, vỉa hè từ năm 2024, mức thu từ 20.000 – 350.000 đồng/m2/tháng.
