The 2025 survey "Workers' satisfaction level" recently published by ManpowerGroup shows that up to 49% of global workers feel very stressed every day at work.
ManpowerGroup said that the survey "Workers' satisfaction level" in 2025 was conducted with more than 13,750 workers in 19 countries. The survey aims to better understand what workers want; workers' feelings of overall happiness, job satisfaction and job confidence.
A content published by ManpowerGroup shows a link between stress and joblessness. Accordingly, no matter how meaningful the work is, it is difficult to compensate for the state of exhaustion, when the stress that workers experience at the workplace is still at a high level globally. Up to 49% of global workers feel very stressed every day at work. 82% of mid-level managers face daily stress, highest at all levels and 34% are worried about job loss in the next 6 months due to AI and personnel restructuring.
According to ManpowerGroup, the job satisfaction index is based on four main factors: Level of satisfaction with current work; stability of current work; confidence in finding a job; trust in management.
