It is known that the Phosphorus and Blast Furnace Slag Crushing Plant Project with a capacity of 1 million tons/year is invested by Lao Kay Production and Trading Joint Stock Company.
The project has completed investment and construction procedures. While constructing the Silo section of the factory, the above labor accident occurred.
Immediately after receiving the news, the authorities were present at the scene to help take seriously injured people to the emergency room at Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital.
According to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper on the evening of August 2, the scene of the occupational accident was sealed off by the police for investigation and clarification.
Lao Kay Production and Trading Joint Stock Company said it will cover all treatment costs for workers being treated at Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital.
In addition, the company provided initial support to the victims' families with an amount of 100 million VND/person.
