According to information from the National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting, the strongest wind near the center of the storm is strong at level 9-10 (75-102km/h), gusting to level 12, moving in the Northwest direction at a speed of about 15km. /H. It is forecast that in the next 24-48 hours, storm No. 2 will continue to move northwest and affect Quang Ninh province from tonight, causing heavy rain and strong winds at sea level 6-7, gusting to level 9.
