4 cars collide in a series on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway

    Hanoi - A series of accidents on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway caused 4 vehicles to be damaged and traffic congestion.

    Initial information, the accident occurred in the late afternoon of January 4 on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway (section near Vinhomes Ocean Park 1 urban area, Gia Lam commune, towards the center of Hanoi).

    Traveling through here at 6:40 PM, Mr. Le Huy (40 years old, Dong Da, Hanoi) said that the accident happened in the deepest left lane (the lane allowed to circulate at a speed of 120km/h).

    At the scene, 4 cars were heavily damaged. Among them, 2 vehicles were damaged in the front, and 2 vehicles were damaged in the rear.

    After receiving the news, the Traffic Police force quickly arrived to divert and regulate traffic.

    Initially determined, the accident did not cause any casualties but caused prolonged traffic jams on the route, causing many difficulties for traffic.

    The cause of the incident is being investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
