In the process of implementing the order of the leaders of the Traffic Police Department, functional forces of the Traffic Police Department conducted control at Km95, Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway (Hai Phong to Hanoi direction).
During the control process, the Traffic Police force recorded a case of a car with license plate 29G-012.xx (yellow background in white) not having the right to issue priority signals but still installing a priority signaling device for ambulances. At the time of inspection, the car was carrying goods that were not medicines or medical supplies.
The Traffic Police Team has made a record of administrative violation, temporarily detaining the priority signal transmitter according to regulations. According to Decree 168/ND-CP, this act may be fined from 4,000,000 VND to 6,000,000 VND, and priority signal transmitter equipment confiscated.
