Bac Ninh starts 4 major projects to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress

Bac Ninh province simultaneously organized the groundbreaking ceremony for 4 large-scale, meaningful projects to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.

On the morning of December 19, in Phu Lang commune, Bac Ninh province, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister attended and held a groundbreaking ceremony for the investment project to develop infrastructure for Que Vo II Industrial Park (IP) - Phase 2.

This is one of 11 main bridges directly connected to the central bridge and 67 online bridges of the groundbreaking ceremony, inauguration, and technical opening of projects and works to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Pham Hoang Son emphasized that in 2025, Bac Ninh province will continue to firmly affirm its position as one of the industrial capitals of the North, a bright spot in industrial development and investment attraction of the whole country.

The production value of the entire industrial sector is estimated at nearly 2.5 million billion VND, the total newly registered and adjusted investment capital in industrial parks reaches 6.85 billion USD.

The province has 3,356 FDI projects in operation, with a total investment capital of 46.7 billion USD, from 42 countries and territories.

Industrial parks and clusters have created jobs for over 750 thousand workers, making an important contribution to economic growth and ensuring social security.

The Que Vo II Industrial Park Project - phase 2 with an area of 277 hectares, a total investment of nearly 3,000 billion VND, expected to be completed in 2026, is of great significance in expanding the industrial development space of Bac Ninh.

At the same time, contributing to completing the infrastructure in a synchronous, green, and modern direction, meeting the development needs of new projects, especially high-tech development projects.

Mr. Pham Hoang Son requested that in the process of developing industrial parks, special attention should be paid to environmental protection, developing social infrastructure, ensuring the harmony of interests between the State, businesses and people, and linking industrial development with the goal of green and sustainable growth.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, Director of Nhan Dat Tien Company Limited - investor of Que Vo II Industrial Park project - phase 2 said: with a total area of 277 hectares, the industrial park is planned with 194 hectares of factory land, warehouses; 4 hectares for administrative - service center; 30 hectares of trees; 40 hectares of traffic...

After starting construction, the Company will speed up infrastructure construction to ensure the handover of land to secondary investors from June 2026.

In addition to the above project, on the morning of December 19, Bac Ninh province also started construction of 3 other large-scale projects and works to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Specifically including: Phuc Son Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project; VSIP Bac Ninh Urban and Service Area Social Housing Construction Investment Project and Social Housing Project in Nenh Ward, Bac Ninh Province.
