The decision clearly states that the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Procuracy directs departments and affiliated units to coordinate with agencies and units assigned assets in this decision, and relevant agencies and units to complete dossiers and procedures for handover, receipt, accounting, and update asset fluctuations into public asset management software.
After completing the handover and receipt of assets, agencies and units assigned assets shall coordinate with relevant agencies and units to complete administrative procedures on land, determine the value of land use rights to be included in the value of assets of the unit and manage, exploit, and use assets in accordance with current regulations.
