Information from Bac Ninh Provincial Police said that, implementing the plan to strengthen the management and operation of foreigners in the area, in the past time, Tien Son Industrial Park Police Station has deployed a peak period of general review and inspection of foreigners working and staying at enterprises in the industrial park.
Tien Son Industrial Park and Dai Dong - Hoan Son Industrial Park have about 150 foreign-invested enterprises with a number of foreign experts and workers coming to work in the long and short term.
Faced with that reality, the management of foreigners is a key task, aimed at proactively preventing legal violations, ensuring security and order and a safe and stable investment environment.
During the review, the police force closely coordinated with the Industrial Zone Management Board, Tien Son Industrial Zone Management and Operation Enterprise, Saigon Telecommunications Joint Stock Company Branch in Bac Ninh, local authorities and businesses, and conducted inspections of legal documents, residence status, work permits, passports, and visas of foreigners.
Thereby, promptly detect, remind and handle cases of incomplete residence declarations, expired papers or using foreign workers that are not in accordance with regulations.
The results have not detected any signs of violation.
In parallel with inspection work, functional forces promote propaganda and guidance for foreign businesses and workers, strictly comply with the provisions of Vietnamese law on entry and exit, residence, and labor; raise awareness of responsibility in coordinating to provide information and promptly declare when there are personnel fluctuations.
The general review not only contributes to restoring order in the management of foreigners but also demonstrates the proactive and decisive spirit of the Tien Son Industrial Zone Police force in preventing and combating potential risks to security and order.
Thereby creating favorable conditions for production and business activities of enterprises, contributing to building a safe, healthy and sustainable investment environment in Bac Ninh province.
